Digitalization was yesterday: From digitalization on disruptive innovation
The digitization of systems and equipment to increase the efficiency of production has long been part of everyday industrial life. However, pure digitization and the process-related efficiency gains to be realized from it fall far short of the mark. The availability and networking of information beyond plant boundaries – and the use of disruptive, data-driven solutions – is of crucial importance for the realization of intelligent factories and the exploitation of the entire economic potential.
Smart Data – Smart Decisions – Smart Business
Digital Twin technology enables the intelligent contextualization and processing of a wide variety of data sources in a comprehensive semantic data model. Relevant production, process and product information as well as the IT systems involved can thus be linked in a consistent model and harmonized via standardized interfaces. The collected raw data is thus converted into a structured, “algorithm-friendly” format – Big Data becomes Smart Data.
We help you to draw the right conclusions
It does not primarily depend on the amount of data collected, but rather on its relevance. We help you to identify the “right” data and analyze it in the context of your specific value-added process.
We are pleased about the publication in the ZWF Zeitschrift für wirtschaftlicher Fabrikbetrieb issue 10 in October 2020.
